Lewisham and Greenwich selected as Neighbourhood Health Trailblazer sites
Lewisham Health and Care Partnership and the Healthier Greenwich Partnership have been selected as Trailblazer sites and will join the first wave of testing a new approach to funding neighbourhood health.
