On this page you can find the annual car parking reports and our policies on parking in the borough.

School Street and LTN permits

If you have a valid School Street or LTN exemption permit but have received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), this will be cancelled automatically and you will be notified of the cancellation. If you have already made payment for a PCN received for this restriction and hold a valid School Street or LTN exemption permit, it will be refunded back into your account that you used to pay within the next few days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days, please contact the permit team via email lewishamparkingpermits@nslservices.co.uk, or telephone 020 8787 5397.

We publish parking report/policies and breakdown of parking accounts:

a breakdown of income and expenditure on the authority’s parking account. The breakdown of income must include details of revenue collected from on-street parking, off-street parking and Penalty Charge Notices
a breakdown of how the authority has spent a surplus on its parking account
