Active retirement courses for older people

Do you now have time to explore your hobbies in more detail. Do you share a passion for learning new things and meeting new people?

There has been a lot of research carried out about the benefits of learning as you get older. The results show  that it helps keep your mind sharp, increase your self-confidence, build on skills you already have and help you meet like-minded people.

Our courses are open to adults of all ages but we do run some especially for older people who want to explore and build up new interests

You can enrol on a course that gives you the opportunity to participate in class based activities, hear guest speakers on a range of topics and go on trips and visits.
