Learn My Way IT support session

Downham Library

Free online course teaching you the basics of using computers and the internet. Library staff will help you work through pre-prepared IT training tutorials.

Daily coffee mornings and/or lunch for older people

55 & overs exercise class

Led by a highly qualified and experienced tutor, classes are specifically designed for older adults, with a focus on exercises to help with balance, mobility, flexibility and improving your strength and stamina.

Zumba Gold Class

Friendly low intensity Class with lots of fun and good Latin and 80's Music! Participants choose if they want to stand up or sit down while exercising on catchy music! The moves are easy and everyone is encouraged to exercise at their own pace!
