Rent and service charge balance checks

Our text message balance check service for Lewisham Council tenants and leaseholders is currently unavailable.

You can also continue to use the Resident Portal to check and update all rent and service charge payments. These are now correct and up-to-date, following the pause for a major upgrade to our computer systems. We apologise for any inconvenience during the period of reduced service. 

We are in the process of upgrading our housing management system. This is the computer program and database with which we manage most functions of the Housing Service. Upgrading our system is essential in our efforts to improve the way we manage our properties and support residents.
