Our adult education courses can help your prospects at work, increase your employability, or help you to prepare for a change of career. Find out about our courses running from June 2017 to July 2018.

We offer free internet access at our sites to everyone enrolled with us and there are computers available for learners to use in all of our centre cafes.

We also have a website for learners and tutors. Here you can communicate with your tutor and fellow learners, download resources for your course and continue your learning outside of the classroom at a time that suits you.

Adult Learning Lewisham are accredited to the matrix quality standard for information advice and guidance services.

Learn My Way IT support session Free

Downham Library 
23 June 10am to 12 noon

Free online course teaching you the basics of using computers and the internet. Library staff will help you work through pre-prepared IT training tutorials. Registration is essential: please visit the library to find out more.

Women's self-defence course

The Abbotshall Road Healthy Lifestyle Centre 
23 June 6.30PM to 7.30PM

Open to all women and girls aged 13 and over. This course will give you a basic introduction to self defence.
