Important notice
We have closed our enrolment line from 31 October 2011. The decision has been taken to allow us to continue to build upon our service improvements for learners. We can now provide a more individual service at our three centres.
The majority of our learners enrol in person at our centres and the change ensures that CEL will continue to provide a good quality of service to facilitate this. The use of the telephone enrolment line is very uneven across the year and it is not proving to be cost effective to retain it, particularly in light of current funding pressures.
The change also allows our opening times to be uniform at all the centres at the start of enrolment which will ensure that no learners are disadvantaged.
In addition, we are pleased to announce we are working to provide learners with an online enrolment facility, beginning with our Extras programme. Updates on progress will be available via the iCEL website.
