What’s on offer?
Information and advice service
All Lewisham residents (aged 16+) can receive information and advice on learning and work from one of our information and advice workers. They can help you to identify suitable training courses, give you information on a range of careers, advise on writing a CV and help with completing application forms or preparing for interview.
Opening Doors 2 Work Project
Are you a lone parent or aged 50+ or on Incapacity Benefit? The Opening Doors 2 Work Project can help Lewisham borough residents to develop the skills and confidence to succeed in work or learning.
Careers guidance service
You have access to confidential, impartial advice and guidance on a range of training and employment options, to assist you to make informed decisions about your current employment situation. If you are looking for work but are not sure what you want to do or whether you have the right skills, or maybe you wish to change careers, try our careers guidance service.
Access to job search resources
We offer a range of job search resources including computers with access to the Internet, daily newspapers and vacancy bulletins, telephone/fax for contacting employers, photocopying of applications.
