How do I register to vote?

You can register to vote at any time between December and August by completing the registration form below. Please sign and send the completed form to us at the address below.

This form can also be used if you change your address within the London Borough of Lewisham.

During September and November each year, please do not use the form below. This is the time when we conduct an annual canvass to ensure that the electoral register is accurate and up to date. All households receive a voter registration form and every household must respond during the annual canvass, even if you have recently registered.
