Parking Shop: parking permits and PCN payments

The Parking Shop, run by National Services Limited (NSL) on our behalf, issues parking permits. 

You can pay Penalty Charge Notices by visiting or telephoning the shop, though you cannot appeal against a Penalty Charge Notice here.

You can also report faulty pay and display machines, and illegally parked vehicles here.
