CallPoint is open for all services, apart from housing gas and repairs and environmental services between the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 9am - 8.30pm
- Friday: 10am - 7.30pm
- Saturday: 9am - 1pm

CallPoint is open for reporting housing gas and repairs between the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
A 24-hour emergency service operates 7 days a week on 020 8314 6700.

CallPoint is open for reporting environmental issues between the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 7.30am - 8.30pm
- Friday: 7.30am - 7.30pm
- Saturday: 9am - 1pm
