Lewisham Council has secured more money from the Government's Future Jobs Fund scheme to create over 150 new jobs for residents in the borough, in addition to almost 250 jobs announced last year.
A review of Lewisham’s street markets has found they could be enhanced and helped to thrive by improving parking and signage as well as addressing concerns about antisocial behaviour.
