Our community directory to support health and wellbeing includes local organisations, voluntary and community groups and local businesses.

We are working on a new version of the health and wellbeing directory. If you want to update your organisation’s details or add them for the first time please complete our form. You will need an online account to do this.

Fit bus transport to exercise for older people Free

Our minibus is picking older, isolated people up from 'hubs' in the local community and take them to exercise sessions available in Downham, Whitefoot, Grove Park and Catford South.

Calabash Day Centre/Lewisham Older Adults

Hestia’s Lewisham Older Adults Day Service, which is based in Lewisham, is a specialist service that helps to meet the needs of Older Adults who may have a physical disability, an acquired brain injury, a history of mental ill health and onset dementia.

Daily coffee mornings and/or lunch for older people
