Hestia’s Lewisham Older Adults Day Service, which is based in Lewisham, is a specialist service that helps to meet the needs of Older Adults who may have a physical disability, an acquired brain injury, a history of mental ill health and onset dementia.

Daily coffee mornings and/or lunch for older people

The Grove Centre

60+ fitness class

The Green Man SE6 2RP 
23 October  12 noon to 1pm

Led by a highly qualified and experienced tutor, classes are specifically designed for older adults, with a focus on exercises to help with balance, mobility, flexibility and improving your strength and stamina.

LPF Digital Drop-In

Face-to-face, 1-2-1 help with your digital devices - smartphones, tablets, cameras, etc

Zumba Gold for older people
