Data Analyst Trainee, Lewisham Council

Your day-to-day duties will include data input and processing, providing admin support and preparing reports as you work towards an NVQ in data analysis. You will need to be a good communicator with the ability to stick to deadlines.

Bricklaying Apprentice, ASH Contracting Limited

You will work onsite on a project based in Lewisham under the supervision of a mentor, as well as attend college, to become a competent and qualified Bricklayer.

Facilities Management Apprentice, Beecroft Garden Primary School

You will be responsible for the general upkeep of the school premises. Duties will include carrying out minor repairs to the building, fixtures, fittings and furniture, taking responsibility for security measures around the building and assisting with the set-up and running of events.

Reception and Administration Apprentice, St George's CofE Primary School

The apprentice’s duties will include reception duties, assisting with a range of administration duties, data input and assisting with organising school events. This will involve a high degree of teamwork and collaborative working.

Housing Officer Trainee, Lewisham Council

You will work within the Private Sector Housing team to help improve the housing conditions in the private rented sector. You will need to be hardworking, able to use your initiative and have the ability to develop and deliver great results. Duties will include coordinating appointments, investigating complaints and visiting homes to assess eligibility for grants.

Adult Social Care Trainee (x3 roles), Lewisham Council  

Working as part of an established team you will support people with a range of learning and physical disabilities in a day care setting, working on a one to one basis with a person in their own home to encourage independence and motivation, install telecare equipment in a persons’ home as well as delivering great customer care in an office setting. As part of the role, you will work towards a qualification in health and social care.

Community Development Trainee, Lewisham Council 

The Community Development Trainee position is based within the Culture and Community Development team. You will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of projects. Tasks will include supporting local assembly meetings and community events, undertaking research and working with data, administrative and finance tasks and using social media.

Administration Apprentice, Phoenix Community Housing 

As Administration Apprentice you will work within the Housing Management team to provide a high-quality service to tenants and residents on behalf of Phoenix Community Housing.
