As Administration Apprentice, you will be directly involved in providing a high quality service, by delivering excellent customer service to Phoenix’s residents and internal teams and providing administrative support to the Performance and Quality Team.

Admin Apprentice, Chartwells 

Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK & Ireland, is the leading provider of catering and support services to schools in Lewisham. They are currently recruiting for an Apprentice Business and Admin Assistant to join their Lewisham contract office.

Admin Apprentice, Children with Complex Needs Team, Lewisham Council 

You will contribute to the smooth running of the admin team through tasks including, managing telephone and email enquiries, collecting and entering relevant personal information onto the database.

Community Development Apprentice, Culture and Community Development Team, Lewisham Council 

The apprentice will have the opportunity to get involved in a number of projects and help support deliver innovative approaches to community development.

Admin Apprentice, Private Sector Housing Team, Lewisham Council 

You will train whilst undertaking work within the licensing, grants and enforcement coordinator team which includes, but is not limited to, coordinating appointments, visiting homes to assess eligibility for grants, investigating complaints, operating our case management system & Microsoft systems.

Adult Social Care Apprentice (x6 roles), Lewisham Council 

Working as part of an established team you will support people with a range of learning and physical disabilities in a day care setting, working on a one-to-one basis with a person in their own home to encourage independence and motivation, installing telecare equipment in a persons’ home as well as delivering great customer care in an office setting.

Communications & Marketing Apprentice, Phoenix Community Housing 

As the Communications Apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting campaigns and events across the organisation. You will help to produce design elements, copy and digital content for Phoenix’s intranet and publications.

Digital Transformation Apprentice (x2 roles), Lewisham Council 

Our Digital Transformation programme is an ambitious programme of work to transform our services. You will be involved in a wide range of different projects - getting staff working on mobile devices, moving services online, and back-end transformation.

Project Support Apprentice, Enviromental Protection Team, Lewisham Council 

Your role will be part of the team work to improving the Air Quality for not only Lewisham but also the surrounding areas.

Reception and Admin Apprentice, St Georges CofE Primary School 

The Apprentice’s duties will include reception duties, assisting with a range of administration duties, data input and assisting with organising school events. This will involve a high degree of teamwork and collaborative working.

We are looking to appoint a Reception/ Administrative Assistant Apprentice to provide professional reception and administration support, within the school office, and maintain efficient and effective systems and processes.

Sports Development Apprentice, Culture and Community Development Team, Lewisham Council 

The apprentice will get involved in a number of projects and help support deliver innovative approaches within the team. Tasks will include supporting specific projects such as London Youth Games, sports strategies, capital improvements to the leisure centres, and school and club development.

Teaching Assistant Apprentice, St Georges CofE Primary School 

You will be willing to work closely with teachers and other support staff to plan for the individual needs of our pupils. During your apprenticeship, you will attend college one day a week and undertake a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
