Our minibus is picking older, isolated people up from 'hubs' in the local community and take them to exercise sessions available in Downham, Whitefoot, Grove Park and Catford South.

History 

Downham was mostly farmland until the 1920s with a rifle range that was close to today's Rangefield Road. London county Council bought the farmland between 1920-23 and built two-storey brick houses with gardens.
