Computer Courses for the over-50s Free

Lewisham Outreach Project (Lamplark) 20 August 

We now offer free computer classes to Lewisham residents over 50 years old. You can learn Internet and Email skills; Computers for Beginners; online shopping & banking; Saving Money Online; Staying Safe Online. Contact Francis to register your interest.

Downham Health & Leisure Centre 20 August 9am to 1pm

Our minibus is picking older, isolated people up from 'hubs' in the local community and take them to exercise sessions available in Downham, Whitefoot, Grove Park and Catford South.

Hestia’s Lewisham Older Adults Day Service, which is based in Lewisham, is a specialist service that helps to meet the needs of Older Adults who may have a physical disability, an acquired brain injury, a history of mental ill health and onset dementia.
