Our minibus is picking older, isolated people up from 'hubs' in the local community and take them to exercise sessions available in Downham, Whitefoot, Grove Park and Catford South.

Join our supported sessions for seniors who would like to learn how to get online and become more confident with computers. Booking required.

Hestia’s Lewisham Older Adults Day Service, which is based in Lewisham, is a specialist service that helps to meet the needs of Older Adults who may have a physical disability, an acquired brain injury, a history of mental ill health and onset dementia.

Art-based therapeutic activities for people with dementia and their carers. Age Exchange is a national centre for Reminiscence Arts and dementia intervention, aiming to reduce isolation in older people

Branching Out is a friendly weekly get together where older people can socialise, practise art or tai chi, or just come for lunch and a cuppa. We also have some day trips and other activities. Come and join in!

Sessions for older people aged 55+ to enjoy sports and activities they may not usually take part in (Boccia, short mat bowls, walking football, athletics, tennis, netball). There is also a break for teas and coffees!
