Abbey Manor College is a specialist provision offering accredited vocational courses and key skills for students in Key Stage 4.
The college operates on two campuses: one in Ladywell (John Evelyn) and one in Lee (Broadoak). There are 40 places at John Evelyn and 80 at Broadoak.
It caters for excluded and intervention students who have experienced difficulties in previous placements, including those with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties.
Additionally, there are 40 places available in the Key Stage 3 programme which offers a cross-curricular, more kinaesthetic approach to learning.
Placement at Abbey Manor College is decided through Lewisham’s Out Of School Panel and the SEN Placement Panel. Intervention placements are requested by the borough’s secondary schools.
