Based on individual requirements, we offer appropriate support and strive to meet the requirements of people with disabilities or learning difficulties.
Supported learning
We offer educational advice and guidance to learners needing additional support before joining a course and while studying. We encourage learners to join our main courses, but we can also provide a wide range of separate access courses targeted at particular groups.
We provide the following support to learners who need it:
change of rooms where possible
special computer software
subject-based advice from curriculum leaders
links with outside agencies for support
small, informal classes
course information sheets
information on wheelchair accessible buildings or classes
- help in gaining a qualification.
