During these difficult times can we have more choice in how we pay council tax?​ We are now offering the option to pay council tax weekly by direct debit. This is especially convenient for those who get paid weekly, or receive benefits and other income during the middle of the week.​

Can I make an enquiry or report a problem about refuse; recycling and other environmental services online?

Can anything be done about the amount of dog fouling in the borough?​ When we receive reports about dog fouling, we hand deliver information and guidance letters to all residents in the affected areas. How to report animal fouling.​

Where do I go to purchase a parking permit now the parking shop is closed?

All permits are now issued by our parking services contractor, NSL Services, through RingGo online permits. Parking permits can be made or renewed online, by telephone on 08452 185248 or by post. www.myringgo.co.uk/lewisham/home

Can I use my library card for other services other than borrowing books?

If you are over 60 or disabled and receiving benefits you can use your library card to swim for free in any public pool in Lewisham.

Can I submit council tax forms online instead of printing them off the website and posting them to you?

​Our forms are now fully interactive on the website which will allow you to send your enquiry/application directly to us, you can also attach supporting documents.
Can you make the process for paying multiple Penalty Charge Notices, online, easier? ​Our online payment facility has been upgraded to allow multiple Penalty Charge Notices to be made in one payment.
Can the information regarding hazardous waste and television disposals, be made clearer on your website? ​The website has now been updated. It now explains, in more detail, the process for disposing of hazardous waste and televisions.

The online council tax forms time out without any warning, which means I lose the data that I have just inputted. 

We have now added to the form the following text: In order to maintain security, this form will time out after 15 minutes without any activity.
