Feedback about care services
We want to provide high quality services for everyone that needs them. It’s important that service users, their relatives, carers and others are able to tell us about their experiences of the services we provide.
We want to know when things work well so that we can build on them and make sure they are widely available. But we also need to know when something has gone wrong so that we can learn how not to do it again and work toward improving our service.
You can contact us in writing, either by post or email, or by telephone. The contact details for individual teams are listed at the bottom of the page.

What happens next?
When you call, an operator will answer the phone and take details of why you are phoning. You will then be called back by a qualified social worker who will give you help and guidance.
If they think you need to speak to someone else, they will give you another telephone number or contact details. Sometimes, they may give your details to another social work team who will contact you on the next working day.
