Louise House - procurement process

Bids will be invited by way of an informal tender to acquire the property on the basis of entering into an initial 3 year lease, with obligations to secure funding for the necessary refurbishment works, obtain listed building consent / statutory approvals and implement the business plan for the new use.

After a successful lease term a new 125 year lease will be granted.

The paperwork for organisations wishing to submit an expression of interest (EOI) will be available from 3 September 2012 and it is important that any expressions of interest are registered by 21 September 2012.

Full details of the tender will be contained in the pack which will be issued in October 2012. The successful tender could come from a locally driven initiative but Louise House could also be a new home for an organisation(s) from elsewhere.

We are interested in hearing about interesting and innovative solutions to this unique opportunity.
