The Council granted planning permission for Neptune Wharf (a.k.a. Grinstead Road) in spring 2012.
Hatcham (Neptune) Ltd’s planned development includes 199 new homes, commercial space, a pedestrian route between Folkestone Gardens and Deptford Park, and renovation of part of the former Surrey Canal towpath.
