Downham Health & Leisure Centre 27 May 4pm to 10pm

Trampolining sessions for everyone aged three to adult on Thursdays and Fridays. Spaces are limited in the children's classes but there are spaces in the adults. Learn moves from seat drops to sommersaults or just come to keep fit!

History 

Downham was mostly farmland until the 1920s with a rifle range that was close to today's Rangefield Road. London county Council bought the farmland between 1920-23 and built two-storey brick houses with gardens.
