  • community cohesion – including events, activities and projects designed to create a sense of community in Rushey Green
  • culture and the arts – with particular reference to improving the wellbeing of people in the Rushey Green area
  • improving your local area – including local 'streetscape', environment and ecology.

The Rushey Green Assembly is also committed to keeping residents informed about the ongoing improvements to Catford town centre.

55 & overs exercise class

Led by a highly qualified and experienced tutor, classes are specifically designed for older adults, with a focus on exercises to help with balance, mobility, flexibility and improving your strength and stamina.

Monday drop-in

Lunch followed by zumba gold and bingo.

Friendly low intensity Class with lots of fun and good Latin and 80's Music! Participants choose if they want to stand up or sit down while exercising on catchy music! The moves are easy and everyone is encouraged to exercise at their own pace!
