Do you have a view on how Catford town centre should look in the future?
Lewisham Council is to consult residents, shoppers and businesses by setting up shop in the vacated Animal Magic store in Catford Shopping Centre.
St Modwens, who own Catford Shopping Centre, have donated the space so the consultation is able to take place in the heart of the community.
The event will take place over 3 days in the shop at 28 Winslade Way:
- Thursday, 13 September (10.00am - 5.00pm)
- Friday, 14 September (10.00am - 5.00pm)
- Saturday, 15 September (10.00am - 2.00pm)
On hand will be information, photos and maps for the public to view. Staff from Lewisham Council will also be there to discuss the plans and register people’s comments.
Consultation is centred around the Preferred Options report for the Catford Area Action Plan, a planning document which sets out the Council’s vision for Catford, which will guide where and how development should take place over the next 5 - 10 years.
The public will be asked what they think about the plan and how they see Catford town centre in the future.
If you have a view on how Catford could be transformed, make sure you come along and tell us what you think.
