Love will be in the air in Lewisham Town Centre on Saturday 10 February from 12noon to 4pm as Lewisham Council invites residents to a free Valentine’s celebration.
As part of the celebrations residents will be able to attend free workshops to create a special gift for their loved ones while DJ Seed sets the mood with chilled-out love songs.
People should also prepare to be love struck by the famous ‘Larking About’ angels who will be playing cupids for the day.
Residents will also be invited to vote for the place they love to eat at the most as part of the ‘Who Do You Love’ food competition.
Voting cards will be available on the day and those who cast a vote could win a place on a one-day food tour of the top three short-listed establishments.

The voting deadline is 28 February 2007. The winner will be announced on Friday 2 March 2007.
