From Monday 27 April, Lewisham’s Housing Options Centre in Rosenthal Road, Catford, moves to a new location at Eros House.
The new address for the Housing Options Centre is 1a Eros House, Brownhill Road, Catford, SE6 2EG. The phone number remains unchanged (020 8314 7007).
All services at Rosenthal Road will be available at the new location. These are:
- Housing options - initial assessment and homeless prevention
- Housing rights advice
- Homelessness assessment
- Offers of temporary accommodation
- The Rent Incentive Scheme
- The Private Sector Leasing team
The following Housing Needs services will remain in Capital House, on Rushey Green, accessed via Capital House reception (entrance on the corner of Rushey Green and Rosenthal Road):
- Rehousing development (the housing register)
- Lewisham Homesearch
- The Reviews and Medical Assessment team
The service for single people in housing need remains located at the SHIP service, at 115 Rushey Green.
Services at the new centre in Eros House will now be appointment-based. Customers presenting there may undergo a short assessment of need and then be offered a suitable appointment.
Opening hours for the service remain unchanged:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9.00am - 3.30pm
Wednesday: 12.30pm - 3.30pm
