Lewisham's magazine for the over 60s
They say that 60 is the new 40, and it’s certainly true there are lots of opportunities for older people to remain active, contribute to their communities and be a part of everything that Lewisham has to offer.
We hope My Life will highlight some of the varied activities there are available for people over the age of 60 as well as provide information on keeping healthy, safe and independent.
You can download a pdf of the whole My Life magazine (1.5mb) or download articles below which are much smaller files. If you would like a paper copy pick one up at your local library.
