In the Autumn of 2005 the Council commissioned Capita Consultancy to investigate a range of options for upgrading the facilities at Forest Hill Pool.
The following documents show the complete range of options that were developed prior to consultation. Please note that the final two options that were consulted on can be found within these documents as follows:
‘Option 1‘ Refurbishment can be found in Document 1 entitled Forest Hill Pool, Lewisham, Development Options Review and is listed as ‘Option 1’.
‘Option 2’ Rebuild can be found in Document 3 entitled Forest Hill Pool, Supplementary Options (15) and is listed as ‘Option 15’. This option was derived from option 9 and added a fitness studio.
