Thomas was a baker and constable who lived at the baker’s shop 19 Church Street, Lee (1832 - 1841) with his wife Sarah Watkins (c. 1775).
The couple were married at St Andrew by the Wardrobe, London 28 Sep 1802.
Barrow signed the Lee Petition of 1814.
