Toy libraries offer the opportunity to borrow toys and equipment. They are also a friendly place for parents and carers, offering information, advice and support.
Toy libraries are found throughout the country, in places where they are most accessible to families, e.g. community or family centres, nursery or primary schools, clinics and health centres, hospitals and public libraries. They may be run by parents, volunteers, statutory services or by local self help groups.
