Horizones is funded by the London Borough of Lewisham in the UK and provides quality services for people with disabilities aged from 7 to 18 and 18 upwards.
It provides:
- individualized educational programmes and skills training activities
- pathways for users to access mainstream activities
- pre-vocational assistance and support
- employment opportunities through referral to other agencies.
