Using AccessPoint

At AccessPoint in Catford we offer a service for deaf and hard of hearing people where two British Sign Language (BSL) qualified staff members can give you assistance and advice with a wide range of issues.

The service is a social care based service that works with Deaf and Hard of Hearing people, including children, living in the borough of Lewisham.

Hearing loops

Hearing loops are available for use at most events held in the Council's Civic Suite, Catford. Please ask reception or the event manager for details.

Deaf children's group 'pop-in'

The group aims to provide emotional and social support to families of deaf children and young people and to give deaf children the chance to meet outside of school.
