The council provides a number of services in this area. Our Occupational therapy service helps people with disabilities to carry out essential activities, with the aim of maintaining, or improving, their independence.
In addition, we provide a specialist rehabilitation and advice service for visually impaired people, for those with both a visual and hearing impairment and for people with a learning disability and sight loss.
