Services offered
Following assessment the Community Mental Health teams can access a range of community based mental health services including:
- access to the Community Opportunity Service day centres
- vocational services
- domiciliary support services
- residential and hostel services
- an adult placements scheme, whereby people with mental health problems are placed with carers in their own homes
- supportive housing scheme, whereby a small number of people live in house with support offered on a daily basis
- support services for users and carers run by the voluntary sector.
All of the above services are run in conjunction with the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust.
