Here you can download an application form for the Linkline Telecare service. You can also download the Linkline pledge.

You can print the application form and post it to us or fill it in electronically and email it to us.

The current Telecare charges are:

Mobile response £4.90 per week
Telephone on response £3.08
There is a £15 installation charge, payable with the first bill.
