LISA

The LISA service is responsible for supporting all children’s services in Lewisham who have responsibility for implementing Information Sharing, the Common Assessment Framework and the lead professional model of working within their agencies.

These three interdependent elements are central to the strategy outlined in the Every Child Matters: Change for Children programme and Youth Matters.

The aim is to shift the focus from dealing with the consequences of difficulties in children’s lives to preventing things from going wrong in the first place and promoting five priority outcomes for all children and young people:

• being healthy
• staying safe
• enjoying and achieving
• making a positive contribution
• achieving economic well-being.
