- Annual leave: Starting at 26 day per year in addition to Public Holidays, with increases to 31 and 34 days after 5 and 10 years continued service.
- Working hours: 36 hours per week.
- Occupational Sick Pay: Up to 6 months full and 6 months half pay depending on service.
