Deptford station

This project will provide a completely new building for Deptford station: safe, secure, comfortable and fully accessible.

• The station redevelopment gained planning permission in November 2008.
• The design has been approved in principle by Network Rail.
• Construction of the new station building is expected to start in spring 2010 and the station is expected to be open for use by late 2011.
• The existing station will remain open for passengers whilst the new station entrance is being built.
