The Council may only be able to provide limited environmental information about a site.
The information available includes:
- Public register of contaminated land (please note that there are currently no entries on the public register, as the Part IIA prioritisation process is still ongoing).
- Historical maps which provide some Information on previous industrial activity in the borough.
- Nearby Part A processes controlled under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
- Nearby Part B processes controlled under the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
All requests for information must be submitted in writing along with a map of the site, to the Pollution Control Team at the address below.
