The Development Policies DPD will set out a limited set of generic development control policies to guide decisions on planning applications where locational or site specific provision has not been outlined in other development plan documents of the LDF, notably the Core Strategy or the London Plan.
In 2007 the Council consulted on for the Preferred Options for the Development Policies and Site Allocations document (at that stage the two matters were proposed to be included in one plan). The Council will consider comments made and will report on them in due course.
