The Catford Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP) sets out a comprehensive set of policies and proposals for development in Catford town centre. It proposes major redevelopment opportunities and major traffic and transport infrastructure changes.
The area action plan will guide where and how development should take place over the next five-to-ten years and it will be used by us when making planning decisions about Catford town centre.
Consultation on the action plan
The consultation period for the Preferred Options for the Catford Town Centre AAP Strategy (and its associated Sustainability Appraisal) has now ended. The Council will consider comments made and will report on them in due course.
