Rats

It is important to establish the difference between rats and mice and we have included an advice sheet to help you determine this.

We provide treatments against rats free of charge to all residents of the borough within their homes and gardens. 

Our call centre will be happy to offer further advice and give you an appointment for one of our officers to call (contact details below). Please be aware any appointments booked for rats are subject to survey and there may be a call out charge if they are identified as mice.
