Lost animals

If you lose your pet, you can inform our Animal Welfare Service using the contact details below .

We will take details about your pet and keep them on file to cross reference with any found animals that we are informed of.

We will not notify any other organisations that you have lost you animal, but we will notify you if we think we have found your animal.

Identification for your pet

Making sure that your animal wears the correct identification can decrease the time it takes for you to get it back.

  • Make sure that your animal wears a collar, with a tag inscribed with the correct contact numbers.
  • Microchip your animal. Collars and tags get lost, but a microchip very rarely stops working and makes it very easy to return the animal to its owner.
