Joining a dog registration scheme will help you to find your pet should it ever become lost.
There are different types of registration schemes: some involve your dog having a tag, tattoo or microchip. Others simply involve simply require you to register a description of your dog.
What happens if my dog is lost?
If you find a stray dog between 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday -Friday, call the Animal Welfare Service on 020 8314 2098. Outside of these hours please contact The Battersea Dogs and Cats Home either 020 7622 3626 or 020 7627 9217.
