Mayor's New Cross Award forms

You can download an application and nomination form for the Mayor's New Cross Award. 

The awards will be given annually to one male and one female student who are current or former students of schools and colleges in Lewisham.

Eligibility

Eligibility is based on strong academic ability, and lack of financial means. Those who have since left school or college in the Borough and weren’t financially able to go to university but have the potential to do well, will also be considered.

Applying for the award

If you wish to apply for the award you should download, print and complete the application form, and pass it to the person who will provide your nomination.  This will normally be a teacher or headteacher from your current or former school or college.
