There are various things we can do to change the way we do things because of the comments, complaints and compliments we receive.
Apologise
If the Council is at fault, we will apologise and where appropriate give an explanation as to why things went wrong.
Provide a service
This may involve a member of staff doing something themselves, or making arrangements for something to happen.
Suggest a change in the way the Council does things
Wherever possible we will use your feedback to improve the way we do things. This could be providing training for staff.
