The Council will always try to take appropriate action on any feedback you give. You can help us to do this by:
- always taking the name(s) of the person in the Council you spoke to
- giving as much information as you can, including dates and times for when things happened
- letting us know what we can do to put things right
- sending any letters or documents you have that may help with our investigations
- letting us know about your complaint as soon as possible.
