Two surveys are carried out annually to measure the concerns of Lewisham residents, their feelings towards the borough and their ratings of services provided by the council and other local partners. One is for Lewisham residents and one for Lewisham tenants.
Feedback is used by the council and our local partners to improve services, influence decision-making and identify areas where we need to focus more attention and resources.
