Priorities for Catford South
These top four priorities for Catford South have been agreed by the Assembly:
- streetscape and environment
- anti-social behaviour and crime
- lack of youth facilities
- Catford town centre traffic.
The Assembly will develop an action plan to address these priorities.
Locality Fund
The Assembly has agreed on these projects for funding from the £10,000 Locality Fund for 2008-09:
- multi-sports and exercise club sessions at Abbotshall Road playing fields - £4,850 (Teachsport UK)
- hanging baskets in Bromley Road and Sandhurst Road - £3,600
- sports equipment for ward primary schools - £1,550.
